Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations by Participants

How to cancel:

  • All cancellations must be submitted by email to support@ikajungaservicesnu.com.
  • Please include your full name, booking date, and course or service registered.

Cancellation before the training session:

  • More than 72 hours before the scheduled session:
    • A full refund will be issued.
  • 48–72 hours before the scheduled session:
    • A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Less than 48 hours before the scheduled session:
    • No refund will be issued.
    • You may reschedule once at no additional cost.

No-Show Policy:

  • Participants who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
  • A new booking at full cost will be required.

2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedule changes may occur:

  • Up to 48 hours before the session:
    • One free reschedule is permitted.
  • Less than 48 hours before the session:
    • A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the program type (CPR, tutoring, or coaching).
  • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking at full cost.

3. Online Courses & Virtual Sessions

For online sessions:

  • Refunds are available only if cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class.
  • No refunds will be issued once:
    • The session has started, or
    • Training materials have been accessed.

4. Cancellations by Ikajunga Services

If Ikajunga Services must cancel a session due to instructor availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will receive a full refund, or
  • You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Participants will be notified as early as possible via email or phone.

5. Group & Corporate Bookings

For organizations booking group training:

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure training dates.
  • Final participant count and payment are typically due 7 days before the training.
  • Cancellations made within 5 business days of the training date are non-refundable.
  • Group sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
