1. Cancellations by Participants
How to cancel:
- All cancellations must be submitted by email to support@ikajungaservicesnu.com.
- Please include your full name, booking date, and course or service registered.
Cancellation before the training session:
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled session:
- A full refund will be issued.
- 48–72 hours before the scheduled session:
- A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 48 hours before the scheduled session:
- No refund will be issued.
- You may reschedule once at no additional cost.
No-Show Policy:
- Participants who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.
- A new booking at full cost will be required.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedule changes may occur:
- Up to 48 hours before the session:
- One free reschedule is permitted.
- Less than 48 hours before the session:
- A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the program type (CPR, tutoring, or coaching).
- Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking at full cost.
3. Online Courses & Virtual Sessions
For online sessions:
- Refunds are available only if cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the scheduled class.
- No refunds will be issued once:
- The session has started, or
- Training materials have been accessed.
4. Cancellations by Ikajunga Services
If Ikajunga Services must cancel a session due to instructor availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a full refund, or
- You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.
- Participants will be notified as early as possible via email or phone.
5. Group & Corporate Bookings
For organizations booking group training:
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure training dates.
- Final participant count and payment are typically due 7 days before the training.
- Cancellations made within 5 business days of the training date are non-refundable.
- Group sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
